Paramount Chief Francis Kelechi Nwaneri is a Nigerian national from Imo State. He did his my Primary and Secondary Education in Nekede Boys Primary School and Emmanuel College Owerri in Imo State respectively and partially in Lagos.
He was offered a scholarship after a competition organized by a group of scholars in their community that took him to Britain where he studied Aeronautic Engineering at Britain's Air University in
1990.After about six years of studies he returned to Nigeria and was employed by the Nigerian air Force. Later on, he bagged another scholarship for Canada where he studied at the National Association of Underwater Instructors, NAUI and obtained the Scuba Open Water 1-3 Certificates.
When he returned to Nigeria he was promoted as a Flight Lieutenant in the Air Force.
VAlong the line he created the airlifting company, Franktom which packaged and airlifted goods for IML, DHL, The Punch and Guardian Newspapers and other companies, from the Mutala Mohammed International Airport in Ikeja Lagos, to other parts of Nigeria
The company/business was running alongside his profession though he had the burning urge of fostering his career.
He then decided to leave that business for the family and left Nigeria for South Africa for study and training in advanced shooting range, ammunition development and the handling of sophisticated weapons
This was in 2002.In the process of doing that he was leaving the O.R Tambo Airport for his hotel room and along the way was attacked by five boys in the streets of Hilbrow, Johannesburg who took away all his belongings.
This incident changed Chief Nwaneri's vision of Africa and the world.
He holds Certificates in Crow Runner Alarm Control Panel Training, General Bodyguard and Executive Protection from the International Bodyguard Service, IBS an international training Institute.
He has also obtained the best grade, (A and Reaction Officer) from the South African Safety and Security Sector Education and Training Authority, SASSETA and Professional training in handling of short and long guns and sophisticated weapons etc from the South African Gun Exchange and Training Institute
Furthermore in 2005 Chief Frances was awarded several qualifications as Hubbard Dianetics Auditor, a study of human behaviours in all aspects. The works and services of the Nigerian crowned prince of the Kingdom of Mboke in Ihigwa, Oweri,Imo State Nigeria, Francis Kelechi Nwaneri both in Nigeria and later in South Africa did not go unnoticed. In 2015, he was crowned Paramount Chief of Africa, by King Bungane III of the Amahlubi Royal Kingdom of Embo with palace in Mpumalanga Province. This was in recognition of his contribution to the development of the South African economy and his efforts in combating the upsurge of crime.
